CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY No deposits are required to book. A valid card must be kept on file for all appointments. Same-day cancellations: 25% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. No-shows: 25% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file, and you will no longer be able to book future appointments. Cancellations made before the same-day cancellation window will not be charged a fee. By booking your appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
